PoloFarm members and facility users may now make credit and debit card payments
for subscriptions and bookings, etc, via the WorldPay gateway mechanism. (These
are encrypted and secure transactions through to your own credit card people -
no financial data is kept or processed on this site.) Details of the WorldPay
facilities can be established via the link on this page.
This facility may develop in the fullness of time into a proper "shopping
cart" but for the time being is offered in the form of 'single click' options
as made available below.
Selecting one of the following options takes you to the WorldPay site for secure
completion of your credit card details - you may cancel or submit the WorldPay
form to process the transaction. Notification messages and subsequent emails will
indicate the status of the transaction. Email notification of the transaction
is sent also to the section treasurer or organiser monitoring payments.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the PoloFarm Treasurer or section authority
- Contact. Please include with details
the relevant WorldPay Transaction ID (see acknowledgment email).

2004 Festival

include your WorldPay Transaction ID number when returning the form or completing
an on-line booking! Entry fee is per squad of 13 players - extra players £10 each.
*Deposit payments are normally non-refundable except when team
numbers are filled or other reasons prevent acceptance, otherwise at the complete
discretion of the organisers.
