Kwik Cricket 2016

Kwik Cricket starts on Saturday 7 May from 9-30am to 11-30am running through until late July. This is open to boys and girls from age 5 to 10. The cost is £4 per session with equipment provided.

ClubMark

We were the first club in the Canterbury District to be awarded ClubMark accreditation and Focus Club status from the ECB. Our child protection policy and associated codes of conduct can be viewed or downloaded from this website. We are delighted to have been re-accredited this year.

Chance to Shine

Canterbury is one of a small number of cricket clubs in Kent that have been involved in the Chance to Shine initiative the single biggest school sport development initiative ever undertaken in this country. With this coming to an end 3 years ago, with the support of the local business community we have been into 4 local primary and secondary schools since, with a program of cricket coaching.

Training

Training sessions start on the 26 April and a joining form can be found here.

A structured program of coaching for boys and girls takes place throughout the summer - see details opposite.

The Brian Terry Scholarship provides a pathway for the development of our most promising young cricketers to make the transition into adult cricket.

Indoor Nets

During the winter months indoor nets take place at the Polo Farm Cricket and Hockey Centre.
