Canterbury Cricket Club continue with their Chance to Shine programme throughout 2008. This is a three-year programme backed by the Cricket Foundation with the aim of bringing cricket to state schools. See link for details. The primary schools taking part in Year 2 are St Thomas', Beauherne, Parkside, Kingsmead, Payne Smith and Briary.
